Loving this blog, I love how smart her looks are, makes me want to try harder at work.  I like how she has mixed up different shades of the same colour, my friend Jess has got me a cotton on cropper jacket in a coral colour, I think I might try the same idea out with that.

And her hair is amazing, I am going to try out her "Carrie Bun" tonight, not sure if it will work as my hair is not as long or thick. I also really like this off the face, but volumised style. She also has loads of hair tutorials on her blog, which I am going to check out.

I really like these causal looks, which mix up prints. I am particularly liking polka-dots at the moment. The grandad cardi over a printed blouse is a good option for this time of year, when you might be able to leave your coat at home but a cardi is a must.

Love this Swan Dress just found it on a website that I had never heard of before, reminds me of Christopher Kane's current collection.

Smash up

Just seen these Models Own/Wah Nails varnishes which come out in April. I already have the Barry M black crackle effect varnish which everyone loves but these will be really cool. Looking forward to getting a 'lace effect' by painting the white crackle effect varnish over a nude polish.

DIY: Crab Bag

What you will need:
1. a clutch that needs an update
2. a brooch
3. a sharp knife
I got all my items (apart from the knife!) from a charity shop.

And then you simply cut a slit, the same width as the clip on the back of the brooch, in the leather on the flap on the bag. And then push the clip through the slit and close the clip so that it is tightly attached to the bag.

....done! Statement clutch!

Sophy Robson LFW Nails

These are taken from maincurist to the stars; Sophy Robson's Blog. I loved her LFW designs and these are some of my favourites....

Loewe Paris Fashion Week. Her Loewe SS11 butterfly designs were my favourite last year and I have since tried to recreate them in this blog. But I am going to try these leather-look nails out tonight.

This is actually a picture of one of Minx's representatives showing how to do the Minx gold foil nails, but it is the Minx representative's nails that really caught my eye; I love the marbled effect and the choice of colours, one to try out I think, shame marbling is so messy!

Love these faded nails, they remind me of the bags Prada brought out a few years a go. Not sure how I could recreate this though.

Re-worked half moon; I really like this and I think it works so well with a dark colour. The shape is hard so I think the colour should reflect that.

Go Bananas

I am loving Prada's fun SS11 collection, loads of colour and bananas!! Love it! Stripes always make an appearance during Spring but it is nice to see stripes with a twist here.
